Visited Yoichi-cho, Hokkaido for a regular gathering of the management community! Exchanged information with Hokkaido business managers.

HSPB holds regular business and management exchanges to meet the needs of our various clients, and we are pleased to report that our regular management meeting was held in Yoichi-cho, Hokkaido, on September 11-12, 2023.

Located at the base of the Shakotan Peninsula in western Hokkaido, Yoichi-cho is nationally known for its whiskey and wine, and is an area that is attracting attention as tourism demand increases year by year. In light of this situation, we visited the wineries and real estate in Yoichi-cho as well as exchanged opinions with Hokkaido’s business leaders.

On the first day of the inspection tour, a dinner and an information exchange meeting with Hokkaido managers were held at “Yoichi ZABOCON,” an accommodation-type container house.

The second day of the tour consisted of a visit to an estate development area in Yoichi-cho and a tour of Domaine Mont. We visited the vineyards of Domaine Mont, where they carefully selectively grow only about 5,000 vines of Pinot Gris on 1.5 hectares, and tasted their wines.

Mr. Nitori himself gave us a tour of Nitori Kanko Orchard, which is run by the founding family of NITORI. In addition, we had a lunch meeting with Hokkaido business leaders over a delicious wine and food from Yoichi-cho at the restaurant “LOOP,” and it was a very meaningful business leaders’ meeting.

HSPB will continue to expand our network through regular gathering of the management community and devote ourselves to meeting the various needs and expectations of our clients.
