Since TSMC announced that it will establish JASM, a subsidiary in Kikuyo-machi, Kumamoto Prefecture, in November 2021 to undertake semiconductor manufacturing on consignment, the real estate situation in Kikuyo-machi, Kumamoto Prefecture, and the surrounding area has been booming.
